About Christina
Christina has been exclusively practicing employment law for eight years. Her practice focuses on discrimination, wrongful termination, workplace violence, and noncompete issues. Christina has substantial trial experience and has argued before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has also handled numerous charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission, has advised employers about handbooks, and has drafted and reviewed noncompete agreements. Christina represents healthcare institutions, retail establishments, and public entities.
Christina has lectured on such employment law topics as documentation to avoid lawsuits, handbooks, supervisor and employee training, and FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation issues.
She is a graduate of Francis Marion University, having graduated with honors in 1993 with a degree in business. Christina earned her law degree from Mercer University, where she was a member of the Mercer University Law Review.
Christina was born in Prosperity, South Carolina, and in her spare time, she enjoys dancing, particularly Salsa.
