NLRB Postpones Deadline for Posting New Notice

October, 06 2011

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has extended the deadline to comply with new notice posting regulations to January 31, 2012. The regulations were originally to take effect November 14, 2011. According to the NLRB's Press Release, the purpose of the extension is to allow more time for education and outreach to impacted employers. The regulation and posting requirement will apply to most private sector employers. The NLRB has made no further changes to the regulation.
